2016

Founded in Modena, Italy, Axyon AI was created to bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology and the financial industry, driven by a strong passion for innovation.

2017

Our journey led us to the ING Bank's International Innovation Studio acceleration program in Amsterdam. With relentless dedication and confidence, after six months of the program, the team showcased their innovative capabilities and won the program.

2018

The first external investment arrived from ING Ventures and another from UniCredit Bank.

2022

Secured a funding round of €1.6 million led by the Fondo Rilancio Startup (Relaunch Start-up Fund) and managed by CDP Venture Capital SGR, with ING Ventures, UniCredit Bank, Geminea and Metes as co-investors.

2023

New funding round, raising €3.9 million, led by US-based Venture Capital firm Montage Ventures, The Techshop and other investors.

2024

A new funding round raised €2.1 million involved the US-based venture capital firm Green Sands Equity, the Italian holding firm Investment Opportunity 1, and other angel investors.

2025

A further €4,3 million funding round led by CDP Venture Capital, Green Sands Equity and Montage Ventures, the Italian holding firm Investment Opportunity 1 and SIMEST
